Are you passionate about youth leadership, global education, and creating transformative opportunities for students?
As Program Manager, you'll help lead the Oriadha Global Fellowship Program and support experiences that develop students' leadership, global awareness, civic engagement, and career readiness.
Recruitment and cohort development
Events and special initiatives
International experiences and travel coordination

3–5 years of relevant professional experience

Experience working with high school students and families

Program, event, or project management experience

Support student leadership events, cultural experiences, field trips, and other meaningful opportunities.
GO GLOBAL
Support domestic and international experiences as part of program implementation.
The Commitment
Full-Time • Hybrid
Prince George's County, Maryland
Tuesday + Thursday
This role includes in-person fellowship sessions.
5:00–7:00 PM ET
Additional evening and weekend commitments may be required based on program activities, events, and organizational needs.
