About the Fellowship
The Oriadha Global Fellowship Program (OGFP) is a competive 6-month program available to high school students located in District 7 of Prince George's County, Maryland. The fellowship, in partnership with COTF and the Office of Chair of the Prince George's County Council Krystal Oriadha, will run from January 2026 to June 2026. This program focuses on developing fellows into global citizens by hosting cultural sessions, skills institutes, mentorship, workshops, field trips, guest speakers, and more.
Each week, fellows will participate in educational and engaging sessions, develop a global network, and learn how to engage in the civic process. Industry leaders and graduate student mentors will teach students about skills that can be applied across industries around the globe.

At the end of the fellowship, all fellows receive their first U.S. Passport, community service hours applied toward PGCPS graduation requirements, and are eligible to apply for a fully expense paid international immersion trip in July/August 2026.

Fully-funded International Trip:
Students who successfully complete the program will also be able to apply for a spot in a fully funded international trip as Oriadha Global Fellows. The Alumni Cultural Immersion Trip (ACIP) will be 8-10 days and take place in July/August of 2026.
