A Fellowship Built on Proven Impact
Building on Cohort I's success, we are now welcoming applications for Cohort II. OGFP's enhanced fellowship model continues to prepare high school students for college, to enter the workforce, lead in their communities, and engage on the global stage.
Fellows grow through educational sessions, mentorship, field experiences, and leadership activities that equip them to make a lasting impact.

Choose Your Path
OGFP now offers two tracks, so fellows can choose the path that fits their current grade level and academic journey.
Core Fellows (Grade 9 & 10)
Designed to build the foundation for global leadership
Core Fellows explore diplomacy, civic engagement, global awareness, leadership development, and community service, discovering how local action connects to global issues — laying the groundwork for the more advanced work ahead.
Ambassador Fellows
(Grades 11–12 & Alumni)
Designed to advance leadership skills.
Ambassador Fellows focus on college readiness, career preparation, professional networking, and global engagement, turning leadership experience into a real-world advantage for academic opportunities, internships, and more.

International Opportunities
Fellows who successfully complete the program may be eligible for the Alumni Cultural Immersion Program (ACIP), a fully funded international experience offering cultural exchange and global learning.
Wondering if you qualify?
OGFP is open to Prince George's County public high school students who are U.S. citizens and available in person Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5–7 PM.
Fellows must be committed to active participation throughout the program.
