Izza Loren Dinsay is a dynamic administrative and operations professional with a strong commitment to empowering future leaders and optimizing organizational impact. With a current role as Executive Assistant to the Executive Director at Diplomatic Perspective, Izza supports high-level strategy and execution of the nonprofit’s mission to “develop the next generation of diplomatic leaders through education, social capital, and opportunity.”

Simultaneously, she serves as a Virtual Management Assistant (VMA) at Outsourced Doers, where she brings flexibility, digital-first coordination, and efficiency to remote teams and client operations.
