Dayna's Perspective

Dayna is a dynamic Senior Management Analyst with over a decade of experience in operational excellence across both private and public sectors, specializing in client relations, project and program management, portfolio management, team leadership, and contract oversight. Her expertise extends into international affairs, multilateral diplomacy, and high-level stakeholder engagement, supported by a strong record in leadership, operations, cross-cultural communication, negotiation, and risk management review.

She has held positions as Program Manager II with HJF-USU Operations, Program Analyst III/Contract Analyst with the U.S. Department of State, as well as Program Analyst roles with the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.She has also collaborated with other federal agencies, including the U.S. Department of Education (Federal Student Aid), Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), and the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. Additional professional experiences include Anti-Money Laundering & Politically Exposed Persons Analyst with LexisNexis, and Redefining National Security Program Support Analyst with Women of Color Advancing Peace & Security (WCAPS).

Before her extensive career with U.S. federal agencies, Dayna served as the External Affairs Liaison and Advisor for the Permanent Mission of Haiti to the United Nations at the New York Headquarters. In this capacity, she supported critical committees such as the Administrative and Budgetary Affairs Committee (Fifth Committee), the Peacekeeping Committee, the Committee on Program Coordination, and participated actively in sessions of the United Nations General Assembly.
